Shadow’s Edge is inspired by the journaling book, Digging Deep: A Journal for Young People Facing Health Challenges, by Rose Offner, MFA, and Sheri Brisson, MA. Find more about the Digging Deep Project as well as resources for parents and professionals working to help young people find resilience at diggingdeep.org.

Shadow’s Edge is the next step in our journey, the first FREE self-help mobile game designed for teens and young adults to tap into their healing power of self-expression.

Everyone is dealing with something. Our hope is that Shadow’s Edge will help you deal with your “something” in a way that leads to growth.
